Shaker Heights Landscaping and Remodeling and Snowplowing

Paid for most expensive plan on snow removal contract and have had too many no shows or late shows. Not in compiance to what we signed up for. Can't imagine what kind of service lesser plan people can expect. Do not believe you deserve good BBB rating since there is no way to contact help for emergencies and "rules" not spelled out on contract. I would not like to loose our tenant or my job at hospital because of your lack of being able to provide enough help for your customers. Suggest you get more reliable help or stop taking on more customers that you can not serve on a timely matter.
